MWE’s soft stop technology, similar to the feature that is already well established for closing drawers in cabinets, brings gliding motion to the realm of sliding doors. Shortly before the door leaf reaches the stopper, the mechanism completes the movement, so that the door reaches the stopper gently and silently. The mechanism is hidden in profile and hence invisible from the front.
The MWE soft-stop technology ensures a particularly comfortable operation on MWE sliding door systems.
Just before the final position takes over the SOFT STOP mechanism automatically engages to ensure a gentle opening and closing of the door.
Now it is possible to combine synchronization with MWE Soft Stop Technology simplifying the handling once again.
The wire construction of the synchronized technology allows the opening of a double door with just one hand.
Our synchronous technology uses a wire connection to enable the simultaneous opening of double doors in opposite directions. This sophisticated engineering is matched by the appealing design of the synchronous hardware, which consciously displays the complex mechanism.
Synchronous technology is available for the Klassik, Spider, Chronos, ProTec, Supra, Duplex and Akzent sliding door systems, to enable the synchronous opening of double glass or wood sliding doors.
