Perform accounting duties and sales/office support
Greetings clients and visitors as needed
Enter invoices/bills into account system, research and resolve invoice discrepancies
Review and verify invoices and check requests
Reconcile accounts payable transactions
Prepare month end closing
Record charges and refunds
Handling incoming calls and other communications
Performing general office clerk duties and errands
Prepare shipping documents (UPS, Fedex, etc)
Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable
Knowledge of general accounting procedures
Knowledge of accounting software QuickBooks
Proficient in data entry and management
1-3 years accounts payable or general accounting experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, flexible and adaptable to new situations
Bilingual in Spanish or German is a plus
