$20,000 is the maximum amount accepted via credit card per project. Any amount owed over $20,000 must be paid via check or bank wire to avoid additional charges. If you wish to process an amount over $20,000 via credit card, a 3% processing charge based on the overage amount will be added to your invoice.
Orders are available for pick up at Bartels warehouse. Shipping/Delivery charges are not included in purchase price and quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Bartels is not responsible for any damage inured to product, vehicle, or person during the pickup process.
All sales are final except as set forth herein. Orders may be cancelled with a written notice within 24-hours and without Buyer accepting product. A 25% restocking/cancellation fee will apply to all cancelled orders.
All doors are "knocked down" pre-hung. Frames are supplied unassembled and will require assembly prior to installation.
Wood is a product of nature and is never flawless, these natural variations are to be expected and do not constitute a defect. The variations will vary within reasonable tolerances that are considered industry standard.
Colors and finishes provided online are intended to be samples only and not a representation of the final product. Due to screen resolution, what is viewed online may vary slightly from the final product.
Bartels does not guarantee handles or door hardware provided by others for suitability, color match to hinges or durability. Installation of hardware provided by others is at the sole discretion of Bartels.
The buyer is responsible for constructing or adjusting the rough opening to receive the door size ordered.
Bartels is not responsible for product once Buyer has accepted product.
Product ordered is able to be stored, pending pick up, for 5 business days once payment has been received. The Buyer is responsible for storage fees beyond this timeframe, assessed at 10% of invoice total per month. Storage fees are billed on the last business day of the month. **Product is at Bartels warehouse at Buyers own risk.
Bartels grants a two (2) year warranty on inventory interior doors, from the purchase date. Not covered by the warranty is water damage, damage caused by improper use and normal wear/tear, as well as changes resulting from light and climate influences.

Bartels is not responsible for any out of level rough openings or out of level floor coverings. Acknowledge responsibility of properly preparing rough openings and surrounding areas, including but not limited to walls, ceilings, and suitable reinforcements, for products ordered.
Acknowledge technical drawings provided are considered the final dimensions and override any measurements specified on your order confirmation.
You warrant that the products purchased are being used for their intended purpose.
You warrant that the proper local and national guidelines have been met. This is including but not limited to building regulations, permits, job site standards, codes, and practices.
You furthermore acknowledge Bartels is not responsible for meeting these guidelines and assumes any/all responsibility, financial or otherwise, for not complying.

This contract shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with Florida law.
The venue for any litigation involving this contract will be in Broward County, Florida. In addition, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reimbursement of its costs and attorney’s fees, including any appeals.
Bartels reserves the right to take photographs or record video of products during and or upon completion of installation. Photos or video recordings taken by Bartels are intended and available for use in Bartels multi-media applications. Bartels maintains client confidentiality, client names, contact information and locations will not be shared publicly.
